Headstand leg raises
Want to train your lower back but don't have any kettlebells/barbells at hand or you just want to add another great tool to your toolbox? Headstand leg raises are an awesome and highly effective bodyweight skill to train your lower back and at the same time making your hamstrings more flexible. And the best thing: You can do them everywhere and you don't need any (or very little) equipment.
In the beginnig, you should start with your lower back against a wall. When you get used to this new movement it will be quite easy to transition to the free standing ones. After some time (I would say when you can do 10 - 15 reps fairly easy), you can add some weight to your legs. In the video I used 2 x 2.3 kg and it makes the exercises a lot harder.
Add hanging leg raises and maybe windshield wipers and you have a great core workout! :)
