Just to add to today's post about the upcoming workshop with Dominik Feischl, here's a short video where I demonstrate some of the most basic kettlebell exercises. The two hand swing, one hand swing, hand to hand swing and the clean. If you listen carefully you will also note that I use different breathing techniques throughout the set, namely anatomical breathing and performance breathing.
